In my case, the Court Mail Staff was allowed to file false “Stalking” claims against me after she allegedly committed federal mail fraud by tampering with the Court mail in my case, wherein the Judge later found that the Courts mis-handled the mail in my case in violation of my due process rights.
Three armed men raided my home and kidnapped my son using a falsified Writ of Assistance while I had an Existing “Immediate Danger Order” against her (the 2nd). We had both been to court so many times at that point everyone knew where I lived. Yet, they put the wrong address on my summons while knowing exactly where I lived, and then somehow “mysteriously” the mail lady at the Courthouse mishandled my letter.
Was it on purpose? I believe you’d have to be daft to think otherwise, especially after you now know she allegedly abused my son with my ex. That evidence was shown to the Sheriff who refused to take the report. Clackamas County Sheriff who denied the report and I later found out the person I was reporting worked at the courthouse.

At the time I tried to file the report with the Clackamas County Sheriff, I did not know she was a Court Employee. Only that she was my ex’s friend. It wasn’t until the day she accused me of stalking and had her gestapo illegally detain me in a court jury room that I knew she worked there.
I was shocked when she walked out of the door into the lobby. She was too, and then she accused me of stalking because she knew I had just found out why the mail was not processed properly, which is what I was there to file against.
Yet I’m accosted in my the county courthouse because of a young mid-20s year old girl with no kids decided to interfere with my parenting.
